How do I make an appointment?

You can book an appointment at any time through the “Book Now” link at the top right corner of this website. All available dates and times will be shown. The calendar for the next month will be published at the start of each month.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, I am open by appointment only. For SAME-DAY appointments, please call or text me and I will let you know if I have any openings.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours of your appointment. If any changes are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment OR if you are a “no-show”, you will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. You will be required to put a card on file at the time of booking, but no charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is broken. We reserve the right to refuse future services/bookings in the case of repetitive cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow any other policies.

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please notify me by text/call. Please know that you may be asked to reschedule if my schedule does not allow for extra time.

I received a gift certificate or discount code, how do I redeem it?

During booking, you will see an option to “Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate”. You can enter your Certificate Code or discount code in the box and it will be applied. If you have any remaining balance due, you may choose to “Pay Now” or pay it at the time of your appointment.

How do you accept payments?

I accept payments made through Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Apple Pay. You may also prepay for your appointment through Square at the time of booking if you wish.

I am pregnant, which services should I avoid?

NOT recommended during pregnancy:

• Brow Lamination

• Lash Lift*

*Lash Lift can safely be done during pregnancy, however please note — due to changes in hormone levels, hair cycles may turnover more quickly resulting in shorter-lasting results & the integrity of the lash lift may not hold up as well.
